Where your card details go

EELOVESSAA does not directly store your complete payment card details. Payments are processed through secure payment providers and Shopify's checkout infrastructure.

When you submit payment information, it is transmitted securely to the relevant payment processor for authorization and payment handling.

We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, payment method type and transaction reference, but not your full card number.

How the connection is protected

Charges, currency and refunds

• The currency displayed during checkout is generally the currency in which your transaction will be processed.
• If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.
• The transaction descriptor shown on your statement may reflect the store operator or payment processor associated with your order.
• Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before an issued refund appears in your account.
